To enter your calories, please choose one of the meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snack) on the main screen. Then enter your selected food item into the Search bar, and tap on the ‘+’ button on the right of the food you would like to log. To log a Favorite food or Dish, please select ‘Favorites’, or ‘Dishes’. Our PRO users can also use the Quick slider on the main screen to enter the exact amount of calories they've eaten in seconds.
