The Health app automatically counts your iPhone or Apple watch steps, as well as your walking and running distances. If you have activated Apple Health within the Arise app, this data will be transferred automatically to Arise - no need to manually adjust your steps.


To manually adjust your activity in Arise app just add the time of walking in Exercise section in the main screen. 


To manually adjust your steps in Apple Health:

  1. Open the Health app and tap Browse to Steps → Add Data.
  2. Enter the date, time, and data for that activity and tap ‘Add’.
